Chapter 11. EMS Continuing Education Regulation Change

The Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) has made a non- substantive change to the EMS Continuing Education regulations, Title 22, Division 9, Chapter 11 to amend an incorrect reference within section 100393 (a)(1). This change has been approved by the Office of Administrative Law and is effective October 1, 2017.

There are no content changes to any of the Sections within Chapter 11 except to correct this reference. The changes do not materially alter or affect any requirement, right, responsibility, condition, prescription or other regulatory element of any CCR provision.
