Creating an Account

  1. You must first create an account to submit a request.
  2. Go to the EMS account sign-up page and complete the required fields.
  3. Once submitted you will receive an automated email confirming your account has been created.
  4. Select the link in the email to complete the account creation process.

Once your account is created, select this EMS Login Link to login
If the credentials are saved you can then go directly to the submission form via EMS award.
